State Medical and Recreational Marijuana Laws are Different Across the United States

    So in the last 10 or so years marijuana laws have started to change on a state based level. Even though at a federal level marijuana is classified as a schedule one federal drug. most of the people believe its and archaic assessment wrought with lies and myths fueled by lobbyists and politicians trying to make names for themselves without any scientific data to back much of it up. But rather than allow research to find the truth for almost 100 years they demonized a simple plant that does have a huge list of medical benefits and if just juiced has no psychoactive effects but rather many health benefits. Sort of makes you wonder why people have not stood up sooner but hey I will keep preaching with facts and personal knowledge that got me off of doctor prescribed Opiod pain meds for good. You want to ask my other friends that are on them ?  Well half have died because of said meds so you will need a phone that can reach the afterlife.  So for the reason alone that I am tired of going to funerals I will tell you state to state we are strong and as US citizens are afforded to change the laws by state as we see fit.  For this reason the laws governing medical marijuana as well as recreational marijuana will change and vary from one state to the next.

   Seeing that before we can get a change to the Federal classification of marijuana we need to change these state laws so research can continue which was made obsolete and illegal in manners that border conspiracy say the least between politicians, pharmaceutical companies as well manufacturing and the textile and plastics industries back as far as the begining of the 1900's in the United States. Henry Ford the namesake of Ford car company even knew this in the 1940s when he tried to save some pollution and make a more green automobile.  But the US government would not have liked that .... there were others that paid them more. So at this point seeing the industrial revolution is over and the next intelligent use is as a medicine we now can change where we were wronged. The reasons for medically using marijuana or cannabis products is different from one medical marijuana state to the next. Although full plant oil is best depending on strain and what of the major cannabinoids the plant produces, many state regulators have no clue about this and were so anti marijuana that they have a very limited field of vision as well as skewed idea of what medical marijuana is.  The most confusing aspect I feel is that they cannot seem to get there heads around a medicine that can vaporized and smoked. This is one of the biggest factors and benefits of Cannabis to Cancer, Crohn's disease, IBS and even Parkinson's disease patients. Yet this is pretty scary to people that do not understand even being offspring of a generation basically addicted to nasal spray.  So this is a very big re-education effort we are undertaking.

   So you will continue to see the laws change and be different state to state. But hey if you are visiting Michigan we do honor your out of state ... State issued cards and id.  See we are moving forward and if your state is not?   Well quit blaming others and get your butt off the couch and go be and activist.
